What I admire about the leaders, the team members and the new action business members of the Freedom for Life organisation around the world, is that they are willing to go out on a limb and create a Neways a business from nothing with the gifts of the unique products and the opportunity. Haveing enough confidence and self-esteem to say, “I can make this work.” I know that if we give you the right tools and then get out of your way, you can really make things happen. Right now, we have the right leadership in place and the right step by step system. We’re looking to work together with you in the next 12 month to fast track your Neways business to success and a life of abundance!
This business is all about duplication, so you need to do whatever you want your team to do. If your team isn’t sponsoring new members, look at yourself first and see if you’re setting the right example. Too many times, Neways members want to become administrators instead of staying aggressive about opening their mouths and sharing the products and opportunity with other people. Never give up on sponsoring!

Become a Positive Role Model
Come from the heart, loving and caring for each person individually, a rising star, teachable, a team player, lead by example, and make your actions easy for someone else to duplicate. What a joy it is to watch the team grow their business and drive a Neways car! Passion and positive attitude makes you a role model to your team and to us.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting hundreds of members of the Freedom for Life organisation. Many of you have enormous enthusiasm, passion, and excitement for your Neways business! I’m always energized by your positive expressions about Neways, and I admire the examples set by so many of you.
One of the most important attributes a person can have is perseverance. I always enjoy talking with people who are determined and who have unshakable faith in what they’re doing. These people are superb at maintaining their vision and keeping the big picture in mind, so they can carry on when things don’t appear to be going well. Whether in Neways or any other worthwhile endeavor, it often takes months, years, or even decades of perseverance before something truly amazing comes to fruition.
If you talk to enough people, eventually you will have enough success to build a wonderful business.
